That is why participation is open not only to nations, but to territories and communities — and to the many Mediterranean people who live far from the sea itself. You represent your shore by celebrating it, not by claiming anything from anyone else.
We begin digitally on purpose. Starting online lets us build a genuine community, welcome partners who believe in the idea, and prove the concept — before growing into the live events, festivals and scholarships we imagine for the years ahead.
